An authentic Puglia masseria, situated less than 500 metres from the nearest beach, Monticelli Beach, with hill top views of the white village Ostuni, and yet close to the amazing fishing port of Villanova.
A family property restored with simplicity, reserve and grace, accommodates maximum 7 people over two floors.
A big living area, an amazing Salento Style kitchen, a dining room, on the ground floor, four bedrooms in total, two on the upper floor with shared spacious bathroom (double and a twin or two doubles) and two on the ground floor (a single room and a twin or double). Three shower rooms, one of which has outdoor access and a service WC for guests.
The masseria comfortably accommodates 6 to 7 people.
