Villa Perego claims and dominates the resplendent valley upon which it proudly sits, on a tract of land belonging to the territory of Ostuni; an area of Puglia that offers colour, light, infinite skies, olive trees and an immense scenery. The villa is an architectural reflection of its natural surroundings, taking the traditional Puglian style to contemporary heights; fully aware of its history and conscious of its future.
Formed over two levels, the villa stands against the skyline, each level leads gracefully to the stylish water pool. Villa Perego has personality, the interior design is fresh and youthful; a place of light and relaxation.
Location The landscape is dotted with historic farm buildings and more recently built characteristic homes in addition to endless fields of olive and fruit orchards. A charming setting that invites contemplation, a step back from reality; yet all within a 10-minute ride away of the nearest town’s amenities, restaurants, boutiques; and the popular market town of Cisternino.

The villa provides an engaging environment in which guests can share sun-kissed days by the pool and welcoming and warm summer nights; gazing across the star lit valley; a delightful combination in the company of friends or a small family.
The Interiors
Design co-exists with interiors that are comfortable and practical too! Natural light ensures both levels enjoy the open space. On the main floor, the full-length window paned doors open on to the veranda and the lounge. The lounge has a digital TV and a two-seater for moments of repose.
The kitchen is a cheery cool green with a modern island for breakfast or a light lunch. The way leads along a corridor to the first double bedroom, decorated in a simple chic white, with a touch of silver grey. The bedroom also has its own en suite shower room dressed in a cool beige stone. An internal stone tiled staircase takes you to the lower quarters which is home to the second bedroom, and two single beds. The twin bed opens on to the pool patio from the sliding doors, just a few steps and you can take a plunge into the green depths.
Both rooms have ample wardrobe space for luggage and holiday wear.
The entire property has an outlook on to the poolside, terraces and the surrounding rural landscape.
The Exteriors
The elevated position of Villa Perego beckons you to the veranda edge; to survey all that is below and beyond. The endless agricultural fields of rich red soil, the almond, fig and olive trees preparing themselves for the harvest and the vast amount of greenery; such a pleasant contrast against the endless blue skies offered by Puglian summers.
The salt-based infinity swimming pool sits below the veranda balcony, a pool of aqua marine blue. A welcome sight after a day of exploring the neighbouring towns and villages or the Adriatic and Ionian beaches and coastline.
