Description

Trullo Oasis is “Trulli” an oasis of relaxation and privacy. A harmonious atmosphere with a defined Latin American style blending traditional Pugliese Trulli and lamia buildings and rustic Mediterranean gardens with co-ordinated soft interior furnishings.

The driveway crawls gently behind Trullo Oasis to private parking where guests can offload their luggage. From here you can already catch a hint of blue off in the distance from crystal clear pool waters, a sure invitation to dip toes cautiously into the water’s edge.

Here you will find the Trulli to the right, a structure typical of Puglia but unusual to new visitors to the area, and also the archetypal “lamia”,  to the left. A  gazebo unites the two lamie formed by wood beams and chestnut branches, offering shade from the midday sun and a suitably restful area to relax and dine at even fall.

Trullo Oasis, sleeps a maximum of four adults and is most suitable for two couples or a young family ready to explore nearby Ceglie Messapica or the celebrated Valle d’Itria towns of Cisternino, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Ostuni. When not adventuring beyond Trullo Oasis, the poolside is the perfect invitation to do absolutely nothing, browse the internet using the wi-fi installation, survey the countryside from the roof terrace or laze in the shade of the gazebo.

Further information of indoors:

Two independently accessed matrimonial bedrooms, each with ensuite. The trullo, naturally cool in the summer, is the master suite with rich furnishings, neutral colours and low lighting with ensuite shower room, walk-in wardrobe and seating area. One of the lamie has been dedicated as the Guest’s house with ensuite shower room and is naturally light with added touches of vibrant mauve colouring.

The kitchen/lounge lamia has ample seating for all and a kitchen equipped sensibly for guests wishing to dine at home. Entertainment devices inclusive of TV satellite, MP audio system and wi-fi.

Further information of outdoors:

The cool concrete based swimming pool has been designed for the energetic and for those wishing to dip to cool off. Gently inclined steps afford guests the possibility to lap in shallow waters or venture out into the depths for a complete bathing experience. The pool surrounds are equipped with sunloungers and relax mattresses.

Grounds of 10,000 square metres are extensively populated with olive and fruit trees and guests are cordially invited to help themselves to figs and cherries when in season. The immediate garden is rustically planted with lavender, rosemary and a variety of other hardy Mediterranean plants which mirror the colours chosen to furnish the interiors.

Exclusive for our Guests at Relax Puglia

Chef in Casa - Home-cooked food for travelers of the world; what better way to grasp the inner circle of local life than to have a local cook share with you their Puglia cuisine, as cooked in their homes. We are fortunate to have on board Lucrezia, who has been working with Relax Puglia for nearly ten years.

Lucrezia is warm and generous with a passion I can only envy for cooking; but looking after two growing boys has been her real inspiration; working magic with fresh and seasonal local ingredients. Enquire with us, we have set menus available to choose from or let us know what you’ve in mind.

Cooking Classes If you are looking to entertain the family and also wish to experience real Pugliese country cooking then look no further. Hands-on cooking lessons where everyone gets to be involved making a full course meal, from anti-pasto to first and second courses and to complete it with a traditional sweet dish.

In-house Massages - Life is easier when you are relaxed so you may need to pamper yourself or someone else. Bring the Massage Therapist to your Puglia rental villa door and enjoy a delicious massage, a fusion of eastern and western techniques pointing you towards both relaxation and cure.

The best part about bringing the Massage Therapist to your door is, you don’t have to drive, you don’t have to deal with the outside world, you don't even have to get dressed although the Therapist would appreciate you wear a robe!
