There are a number of restaurants where you can sample the local specialities but why not try our Personal Chef ? Tonio not only puts the menu together, he purchases the produce from his favourite local producers, brings it to your door and presents before you some of the most tantilizing dishes.
The only difference between Tonio and a 5 star restaurant is that you are physically present as he whips up your dinner from starters, to first and second courses (if you have the stomach for it!) through to desert.
Tonio’s assistant Vito will take care of the wine needs for you and your guests, presents the various dishes, animated by Tonio and ensures that the kitchen is left as they found it.
Having a Personal Chef at home ensures not only that you and your guests are relaxed, no one has to drive and you need not book a table or search for a restaurant that caters for your likes and dislikes. Furthemore Tonio speaks English so he can explain how the dishes are made, what ingredients are involved or share recipes.

Tonio started his career in London with the Restaurant chain, Strada in 2011. He quickly learnt the basics of becoming a Top Chef, but soon moved on to Chiswick’s of London returning to Italy in 2014 to follow a specific course, working at the same time at Ristoranti White Beach, La Forchetta D’oro e Da Mare in Torre Canne.
Today Tonio is full-time Chef at La Lampara Ristorante in Montalbano near Fasano.
